Flyash Conditioning
Fly Ash is produced by burning pulverized coal in a coal fired boiler. The remaining ash is a fine-grained powdery particulate material that is carried away in the flue gas and collected by electrostatic precipitators, cyclones, or dust collectors.
BHS’s MFKG self cleaning single shaft mixer is a powerful, easy to maintain mixer to condition fly ash, bed ash or bottom ash.
The mixer can handle temperatures up to 150 C or 300 F, and is an excellent choice for high calcium ashes.
